Send your drawing, 3D model or specification. We review it against our process capability and confirm material, weight, and any tolerance or finish requirements before quoting.
Pattern & Tooling
Patterns are made through established pattern shop partners in Coimbatore — kept local so tooling can be corrected quickly during sampling. You're also welcome to supply your own pattern.
First-Off Sample
A first sample is cast and checked against the drawing before production begins, so any correction happens on one part rather than a full batch.
Production Run
Once the sample is approved, we move to the production quantity, with every batch backed by its own Material Test Certificate.

Do I need to supply the pattern, or can you make it?
We can make the pattern for you, through established pattern shop partners in Coimbatore — kept local so tooling can be corrected quickly during sampling. You're also welcome to supply your own pattern if you already have one.

Yes. A first-off sample is cast and checked against your drawing before we move to the production quantity, so any correction happens on one part rather than a full batch.
Can you manufacture castings to my own drawings?
Yes. Custom grey iron and ductile iron components are manufactured to customer drawings and specifications, from prototype quantities through to regular production runs.
What drawing formats do you accept?
Drawings and models can be sent as PDF, STEP (.step/.stp), DWG, DXF or as image files (JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, TIFF). Files can be attached directly to the enquiry form on the site.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
The most useful details are the part drawing or model, the material required (grey iron or ductile iron), the finished weight, the expected annual or batch quantity, and any machining, testing or certification requirements.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
